Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Confusing control

senior citizen 7/5/2025

the microwave works. It replaced a 5 year old model that was much easier to operate. This new one has no 10 button key board. After a month I still can't understand how to set percent power.

Louder than the old one I hate you have to hit stop before you can open it, and the light in there is half as bright as it should be

We bought this Microwave to replace an older Whirlpool unit that was installed in 2002 which failed. The new unit works great but I would not recommend it for older folks like me as the function dials are barely visable. You could have provided a large print page with a a picture of the butons extra large. The older unit had nuch better ledgeable function buttons. I need a magnifying glass to even warm a cup of coffee. The picture could even be an option. The operation manual was so bad no one can read it.

Microwave doesn™€™t allow for multiple setting to run consecutively - or am I not operating it appropriately ? Because much of it is automatically programmed or am I misunderstanding the operation instructions?

Cook times and not having burnt food

T2000eagle 2/9/2025

Had to replace our old microwave that we had for 10+ years. Bought a new Whirlpool countertop microwave; I really love it! I have noticed I don't cook things as long, and they come out better and cook without being burnt.

The only thing I don't like about my new microwave is that when it first starts makes a loud noise. My old amana didn't do this.

Still Waiting ™€“ Frustrating Delivery Process!

WaitingInVain 11/15/2024

I ordered a $270 Whirlpool microwave on October 29, 2024, and I™€™ve been waiting ever since. First delivery date? November 5. That came and went with no microwave. They rescheduled for November 13™€"still nothing. Here I am, waiting yet again, microwave-less, and feeling like I™€™ve stepped into some kind of appliance delivery purgatory. Apparently, Whirlpool only delivers to my area one day a week. Did they mention this critical detail when I ordered? Of course not! And the excuses just keep coming. Last week, they claimed the driver rang my doorbell. My wife and I both know that™€™s nonsense™€"no one ever showed up. Then, today, they said the driver called to confirm we™€™d be home. Sure, I found a voicemail™€¦in my spam folder. So now, in 2024, Whirlpool expects me to sit by the phone like it™€™s the 90s, waiting to catch a call just to get a basic appliance delivery? And here™€™s the kicker: Whirlpool had the audacity to email me asking for a review™€¦before I even received the microwave! How am I supposed to review something I don™€™t have? In desperation, I even asked if I could just drive to the warehouse to pick it up myself. I™€™d pay gas money just to end this saga! But Whirlpool said, ™€œNo, that™€™s not an option.™€ It™€™s a microwave, not a rare artifact. I shouldn™€™t have to go through a scavenger hunt to get something I™€™ve already paid for! Whirlpool, if you care about keeping your customers, fix this nightmare of a delivery system. At this point, I feel like I could build a microwave from scratch faster than you can deliver one. This whole experience has been ridiculous!

I purchased this Microwave a couple of weeks ago, installed it myself for a built-in look using a trim kit. I am happy with the operation of the microwave,it has all the bells & whistles, plus a clean look and it's a safe product. All of this along with a great price and excellent delivery make this a winner for any cost conscience family.
