Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Just a couple of issues

Tom (name to short) 8/30/2026

Overall, this is a typical kitchen range. The burners work as designed, the oven gets hot, and the airfryer setting sort of works. Unfortunately, there are a few things that need to be addressed. 1. What is with the timer alarm, a simple two-tone noise that can barely be heard over ambient sounds, the television, background music, friends over for dinner. Just about any sound can drown out this alert tone. 2. The size of the printing on the burner knobs. Black lettering and icons on a stainless steel background. Anything that reflects off the background obscures the lettering and I find myself bobbing and weaving to read the controls. 3. Your form needs work. How can my name be too short for the nickname field below. It's my name. Just tried to submit, now it's too long, stupid limitation and bad programming)

Decent stovetop, Mediocre oven, low quality build

BSEE56 8/13/2026

Besides the trouble I'm having with the oven, this thing takes FOREVER to "preheat". I tend to put food in early and sometimes by the time my food is done, it hasnt even fully preheated yet. The stovetop has a decent layout, and works fine for my needs. The Airfry function really doesnt hold up to my standalone airfryer. Now, not even 5 years later and the control board has a relay busted causing it to be stuck on giving F6E1 error code. Based upon google searches, this is a very common failure in this oven and it seems to be a problem that is so frequent that in my opinion it should be a safety recall. The oven cannot cycle on and off and gets stuck ON, always. Seems like they need to spend a few more pennies on the quality of the relays used... all in all I dont think I can recommend this oven.

Help my oven won™€™t cook properly!

CK17 8/8/2026

This is my second new Whirlpool oven with air fry and convection features. Both of them do not heat up quickly, does not reach temperature it says and undercooks all of my food. Pizza, brownies, cakes, biscuits, casseroles, all are undercooked. I am baking my food, not air fry mode. I™€™ve tried increasing my cooking temperature, moving racks, etc. it just doesn™€™t cook properly. The old oven I had with upper and lower exposed elements did not do this. Please tell me if there™€™s something I do not know about using this new oven that will help as I™€™m so frustrated.

Nice range with versatile features

TomMN 3/30/2026

Nice range with versatile features, HOWEVER, very little information on how to use those features and the videos that serve as the instructions are extremely short and vague, and don™€™t refer to your model in particular. Also on first use the oven smelled very strongly of chemicals for a long time. We had to turn it on for over an hour multiple times over multiple days to finally be rid of the chemical smell.

Ingrid2016 3/20/2026

Broke within a few months. Warranty is awful.

Jsjoberg 3/20/2026

The large burner stopped working in about 4 months. Warranty service took 3 weeks to come and diagnose, and then needed several more weeks to order parts evidently. In the meantime the switch started shorting out, rendering the oven inoperable. I called warranty service again since I then had a non-working oven. They couldn™€™t schedule for additional weeks even though I was still waiting on the first repair to actually happen. I ended up calling a 3rd party repair company and they had it fixed in 2 days. I will never buy a whirlpool again. These are complete pieces of crap, and the warranty is an absolute joke. Who can go months without a cooking appliance working while they take their time repairing.

Poor workmanship and safety hazard on drawer pull

Katilla 2/25/2026

The drawer pull is excessively sharp and is a cut hazard. The timer rings for about 10seconds and then stops so unless you are standing next to the range you are unlikely to hear it and thus, it is useless. There is a screw missing in the metal strip that attaches the top to the base of the range right above the oven door latch and whirlpool refuses to add it. Shoddy workmanship.

Good Stove, Rotten Company

Kathleen Milford 2/25/2026

I bought this a month ago. Like the product, dislike the Company. Stove has new components never seen before, a convection and air fryer oven, multiplex eye configurations, a warming pad, small eyes called "Melts"--and came with NO instruction manual, which I have NOT been able to get from Whirlpool. So what the heck is a "Melt"?

shayB 2/21/2026

The markings to indicate what burner I am using is very confusing at first! The air fryer might be a good feature, but I tried it one time & it takes so long to reach desired temperature and made such a mess in the oven I don't know if I will use it again. Better instructions or a video would be very helpful.

DO NOT BUY

Bay area 2/6/2026

We bought this item at Costco. This oven's bottom baking element was defective. Customer service dispatched a technician who was not able to replace the broken bottom baking element. Customer service then dispatched another technician and it took 2 hours for this tech to replace the baking element. The construction on this model is defective. DO NOT BUY. You will not be able to replace the baking element should it fail a few years down the line and will be forced to purchase a new oven which is probably Whirlpool's plan in the first place

Too much time to heat & cook

Cmore 1/31/2026

I purchased this as Christmas gift for my son & daughter-in-law. 3 years ago (delivered 1-3-2003) Due to it being gift they never mentioned its faults. After using it this week while house-sitting, I am so disappointed. My DIL affirmed the air-fryer feature never worked properly, taking items more than double listed time to cook. The oven takes in excess of 15 minutes to preheat to 350*. We did not purchase an extended warranty. We are out of luck on repair/replace. And I will have to gift them another range, definitely NOT a Whirlpool.

Everything looks nice but the buttons are hard to push and the range is just overall harder to use than my old kenmore. On the kenmore all we had to do was hit bake and then adjust temp settings. This one you have to hit start as well. Then, the chincy little timer bell sounds so faint and tiny that you can™€™t even hear them while standing in the kitchen. I™€™ve overcooked things already because of it. Had a screw fall out inside the oven that held an element so I had to go through and tighten all the rest just in case. I hate to say it but the range is definitely on the low end when it comes to quality. Everything looks nice but functionally it is lacking

New stove

kyscu 12/16/2025

I owned the whirlpool stove for 21 years before I before it needed to be replaced. My first replacement gave off smoke when the oven was heating on both bake and convert bake. After inspection, Costco replaced it. The new oven, not a month old, seems much less substantial, even tinny. It seems whirlpool has cut back on using quality materials. It took over 18 minutes to preheat the oven to 350° and nearly 25 minutes to preheat to 425°. Water boiled over and stained the top that cannot be cleaned off. There are now other spots on the stove top that are still there as much as I have followed the directions provided to remove them. I had replaced my washer and dryer with a new whirlpool unit that is also tinny. I now have to slam the dryer door to close it and the washer makes much more noise than my previous whirlpool washer. I teach design thinking at a university and wonder if the folks creating these new versions of these two products did any user studies.

Good, needs improvement

Palmetto 12/11/2025

It's been a few weeks and the range has done well. But; The knobs/controls are confusing and difficult to read and set. I keep a small flashlight near the controls just to see what my setting is. This needs improvement. The convection fan operates intermittently, which is new to me. "Melt" burners could use a better label, bc they're just small burners for small pots. Haven't used air fry yet, but interested. I've heard it's messy to use. Summary: roomy, useful, quirky, not entirely user friendly.

Great oven, but....

Tom Ballant 11/29/2025

I purchased this oven around 2 1/2 weeks ago, great oven but the build quality seems very cheap compared to the 8 year my old Whirlpool oven it replaced. The lower storage draw seems very flimsy and the top panel is hard to see the settings around the control knobs. I guess time will tell. I love Whirlpool products, every other appliance in my house is made by them but I wish they would step up their build quality.

Disappointed

Teresa Dean 11/27/2025

A couple of hours after the whirlpool stove was delivered i was going to cook dinner and the stove did not work and neither did the oven. It took one week for another delivery. This stove has a couple of scratches on the top which I can deal with, but when there™€™s something that Splatters on the stove top or if something boils over that stain does not come off This is extremely frustrating. I definitely would not recommend this appliance. We paid $850 and thought it was a good deal but because of what we™€™ve experienced in the last few weeks I feel we were totally ripped off. We are definitely going to complain once we go back to Costco probably within a week. I suggest you look elsewhere. This is a whirlpool appliance please don™€™t waste your time or money.

Electic Range

DLanger 11/26/2025

A year has passed and range has functioned well. It would have been helpful after spending that kinda of money to have a printed operation manual to refer to instead of having to fire up the computer to find something out. Nevertheless, we recommend the range and we also have a Whirlpool dish washer that works well. So when it comes to replacing an appliance we will be looking at Whirlpool products first.

Works great but has a terrible smell

Range works as it should but it has a terrible wire burning smell every time you use the oven. Had everything checked and said it should go away after a few uses. It has not.

My only complaint is that it takes too long to preheat.

Tight racks hood so far

Jbtacos 10/26/2025

Have had it for about 2 to 3 weeks. Still works and am happy with it so far. It does the job and ib haven't had any issues with it or of the box with exception of moving the oven rack in/out. The racks are either too big or the oven to tight for the racks. Making it really annoying having to move the racks. Bottom drawer is a bit flimsy feeling. Surface area heats up father than lay oven it seems.
